Ring Rolling and Section Bending
As the premeire service in the South of England, we have a dedicated facility which can handle both ferrous and non-ferrous materials in bar, angle, tube and square sections.

Precision Machining and Sheet Work
CNC punch, press and nibbling machines are used to produce the highest standard, close tolerance work for panels, equipment cases and instrument housings. Our extensive milling, drilling and grinding facilities specialise in small turned parts for prototype batch production.

Heavy Fabrication
Our design service and general fabrication work incorporates all types of welding techniques, guillotine, plate-rolling, pipework, press facilities and insurance coded pressure vessel manufacture. Large, capable workshops are equipped with overhead cranage and full equipped, experienced teams are provided for site installation and planned maintenance.

Specialist Finishes
The paint finishing range includes primer coating, two part epoxy and corrosion resistance applications while our stove enamelling facilities apply to cabinet and instrument quality finishes. Substantial capacity is available for chromium and zinc electro-plating in accordance with industrial and decorative requirements. Specialising in hand polishing non-ferrous metals and decorative items, our stainless steel finish conforms to Food and Brewing Industry Standards.

Architectural & Decorative Work
A wealth of experience and creative interpretation has maintained a long history of specialist fabrications which are ideally suited to the particular architectural, scupltural and prototype needs of the various Media industries; where structures, models and sets are required for TV/Film, theatre and advertising. This discipline incorporates the production and installation of entry security equipment including gates, railings, and window bars.
